OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Sweepstakes Period: The Not Your Average Sloppy Joe Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on March 3, 2008 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. CT on March 23, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility Criteria: Entrants must be legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation (the "Sponsor"), Sullivan Higdon and Sink, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agencies nor any of their respective partners, (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by visiting the entry section at www.besloppy.com ("Entry Site") and completing all information requested on the entry form, and clicking on the "submit" button to complete the entry process. In order to be entered into the Sweepstakes, entrants must comply with all registration instructions. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Automated, script, macro or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates are responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrants′ online service will apply. Limit one entry per person per day. A day is defined as 12:00 a.m. CT through 11:59:59 p.m. CT. Multiple entries per person per day will be disregarded.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Prizes (2,100 – 100 per day): A Not Your Average Sloppy Joe Adult Size T-shirt (ARV $20 each). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of prize unavailability. Total ARV of all prizes is $42,000.
Winner Determination: The first 100 eligible entrants (as outlined in Rule #3) per day will be determined winners for the 21 days of the Sweepstakes Period (2,100 winners total). Winner determination will be made by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the time an eligible entrant enters and the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize Delivery: Return of prize as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize, with an alternate winner determined. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household.
General Rules: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised in any way, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to determine the winners from among all eligible entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. All aspects of the prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except at the Sponsor′s sole discretion. Winners agree to indemnify and hold harmless and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind whatsoever against the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor Affiliates, including any accident, loss, injury or death occurring or in any way related to the determination of the winners, the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Winners consent to the use of their names, entries, addresses (city, state), and likenesses for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media including the internet (and any press pertaining to this promotion and related to the prizes), throughout the world, in perpetuity, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law & Venue: The Kansas Courts (State & Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the promotion and the laws of the state of Kansas shall govern the same. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the county of Sedgwick, Kansas.
