Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds 85/15 ground round
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (10-ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
6 baked potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup sour cream

Instructions:
1. Brown beef with onion and celery over medium heat until meat reaches 160°F on a
meat thermometer. Drain off fat and add onion, celery, chili powder, worcestershire sauce,
soup mix, salt, pepper, tomato soup and water.
2. Simmer to blend flavors, about 15 to 20 minutes; split potatoes and top with beef mixture.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with a dollop of sour cream.
